On Tuesday, September 20, 2022 the Del Valle ISD Board of Trustees approved the proposed maximum Maintenance & Operations tax rate of $.8546 and the Interest & Sinking tax rate of $.3300 for a total maximum tax rate of $1.1846 for 2022.
Personal finance website, Wallethub, listed Del Valle ISD as the 24th most equitable district in Texas. The ranking puts DVISD near the top of the list of more than 1,000 Texas school districts.
DVE, in partnership with Popham Elementary will be offering a six-week basic computer program for parents. Sessions will be every Tuesday from 9-10am at POPHAM ELEMENTARY (7014 Elroy Rd, Del Valle, TX 78617).
